Sgautschi's updates :) UPDATE #5
They just started pitocin. She's starting to feel contractions but nothing painful yet
Good luck Sgautschi.
Update#1- She is 3cm dilated and they broke her water.
Update #2- Contractions are about 3 minutes apart and getting more intense but still not strong enough for pain meds.
Update #3- They put in an internal monitor for contractions since the external wasn't catching them all. They're about 1 1/2- 2 minutes apart. She is 4cm dilated and still no pain medicine even though contractions are really painful now.
Update #4- She finally got her epi and says it's amazing! She is 5 cm dilated, 100% effaced and baby is zero station.
Update #5- She is 10cm dilated. Yay
They want her to labor her down and she will begin pushing in about an hour.
