people it didn't feel awesome.

I have friends that love it and I just don't understand. I felt almost swollen and I was kinda dry so we had to use lube.

tell me this is normal?

I have no advice, I enjoyed it for the most part... except for my boobs hurting and H wanting to touch them.

Now that I'm almost 26 weeks I have no interest. I'm swollen now and it gets worse afterwards. We tried lube and H loved it, but ... lets just say put on a great grand finale show!

Honestly, we didn't do it much at the very beginning. I was just too afraid and waited until I was further along. Last pregnancy sex was fine in the 2nd tri. Some women claim pregnancy made them hornier, I've never experienced that really.

We didn't do it much during first tri because it always made me spot, so we avoided it as much as we could.

We've had to use lube too. The only thing I've noticed is that I think my cervix sits lower than usual now. So any deep positions are a bit uncomfortable. So I would think it's probably normal.

Also ditto what Ashley said about the boobs. I don't want them touched at all. They hurt way too much. I'm hoping that part gets better, but I'm not getting my hopes up.

@brij2006 Mine started hurting less around 18 weeks, but now my nipples hurt and I've leaked a little a few times, so H is now scared of them some of the time. I hope yours feel better!

I didn't think pregnant sex was anything special. I was uncomfortable for the most part. Pregnancy sex dreams on the other hand were amazing!

I was really scared to do it in the beginning, especially after it made me bleed one time. I am an occasional spotter, so after talking with my Dr. and knowing it was ok (but to take it easy), I felt better about it. However, my sex drive has been low and it is painful most of the time. My boobs are also really sore, and I usually smack my H's hand away. He so does not understand this stuff! I'm glad you brought it up so I also know I'm not the only one.

We didn't do it until we heard the HB at 10ish weeks. I had spotting and we were too nervous. Now it's way better but I am dry so we use lots of lube I make it comfortable.

It's different for everyone. I love it, though we haven't had it as frequently this time (probably because I am chasing after DS all day). Some positions are less comfortable and boob leakage is awkward, but we just roll with it.

I was so sick. 24/7 morning sickness. I would just rest in bed. I was so tired. I don't remember any first tri sex :-)

First few times were horrible, didn't not enjoy at all. I can enjoy it more now, but my boobs hurt as well.

My H also is loving the idea of my pregnant body. I don't see any signs yet, but his drive is UP.

This is the case for me, too. Right after our BFP, the sex was really good (though we had to use lube because the progesterone suppositories actually made me feel a little dry/irritated), but as soon as I started getting m/s and exhaustion, I lost all interest. I feel too crappy most of the time, and it's actually a little uncomfortable (like my cervix is sitting lower and getting bumped). Plus, with the spotting/bleeding I've been having off and on, I'm too nervous.

The boob soreness is starting to wear off a little bit, but I'm still feeling crummy and nervous, so it's just not happening much. Poor DH. And poor me--that used to be one of my stress-relievers, lol.

oh I'm on progesterone suppositories too...I wasn't even thinking that could be the cause of some discomfort!

I suffered from OHSS and we were on restriction until 12 weeks or so. I have no drive though so it's about once a week if we're lucky. He's very understanding.

Absolutely!

However, pregnancy has made me like 1000x more horny. It's getting out of control lol

I have moments where I'm like 16 again and I'm super super in the mood. Unfortunately for DH these are not when he's home, he'll be frisky at bed time and I'm in a "don't even look at me that way" mood.

We only did it a few times in first tri. I was extremely tired always. Then I had surgery in second tri so I wasn't allowed to for 12 weeks after.

Since then, my abdomen is too sore from the muscles healing around my incision and baby growing against it. So we've only tried a few times in 3rd tri.

I cannot wait to get that part of our relationship back. We could be the people that don't follow the 6 week rule. Kidding... I think.

I was so horny with R but was on pelvic rest for all of first tri and part of second. The few times we have been able to I've really liked it but the nausea is killing me and makes me not interested at all.
