Medium reading=mind blown

Ok, so I posted on the before the weekend thread that MIL was having a medium over to her house to do readings.  I was kind of skeptical of it, but OMG she was dead on!

She was talking to me about slowing down in my life and then said, "I'm sorry there is a younger male her tapping me on the shoulder.  He wants you to know that his death was not intentional he was just trying to have a good time."  My cousin was found dead 2 years ago in his house with a BAC of .59.  It always bothered me because how do you get to a point where your blood is over half alcohol on accident?!  She continued about him and my grandparents and was spot on with every description.  She said there was an older woman holding up her hands with a rosary saying that they no longer hurt, that I need to stop and smell the roses and that she was seeing something about baking bread.  My grandma was super religious, used to bake banana bread everytime I went to her house, her favorite flower was a rose and she had Parkinson's disease and always complained about how her hands hurt from it.  It was actually mind blowing.

She asked me about this diet I'm on and told me that my kidneys are going to be fine.  I barely said 2 sentences the whole time I was in there and she was saying super specific details.  I have really bad panic attacks from time to time that make me feel like I can't breathe, she told me that it's not panic or anxiety.  She said that it's me trying to block out my medium abilities and that I'm a medium!  She perfectly described what my "panic attacks" feel like though.  I was not really a believer in this kind of thing before but I completely believe this woman was the real deal!  It was awesome and I can't stop thinking about it.  According to her I will have a positive pregnancy test this coming summer.  We'll have to see if she's right!

If you ever have the chance to go to a medium, DO IT!  It was insane!!

  • I REALLY want to go to a medium! DH thinks it's silly and fake, but I totally believe in it!

I have 2 people that I hope would try to reach out:
    1) my great-grandmother - we were really close, but she passed away when I was 13. I still think about her almost every day, and I brought my wedding bouquet to her grave a few days after the wedding
    2) my father - I never met him, he never paid his child support, but I know that he died in 2006. I have so many unanswered questions of why he chose never to meet me or be a part of my life. Every once in a while, I'll have a dream that he's looking for me but I always wake up before we can meet.

  • I can't believe that she was correct.  I don't believe in those things, but if you didn't say much and she knew things, then she must be good!
  • That is crazy!! I think it's possible, but the one reading I went to was a total crock of you-know-what!! I can't wait to see if she's correct about the pregnancy test!

The one I went to said that I would meet the love of my life at work and that he'd have sandy blonde hair, blue eyes, tall, and his name would start with a J. Umm...the only thing from that that applies to DH is that he's tall. haha. She told my BFF who went with me that someone she was close to would be diagnosed with diabetes within the next 28 days...nope! Never happened. Oh well!

I would have never believed it if it hadn't gone down the way that it had.  Some of the things she told me I didn't even know about and I confirmed when I called my mom after the fact.  My mom actually cried about what I told her.  It was crazy.  I don't know about the me being a medium thing or her ability to predict my future children.  But I believe whole-heartedly that she spoke to all of the people that were relying messages through her to me.
