Bittersweet...
Today is CD1. AF woke me up at 1:45 and kept me up all night, beating up my ute because it's empty.
BUT- 1) my LP is staying consistent at 10 days. That's good right?
2) I HAD A 30 DAY CYCLE!! YES!!!! I hope this will be my new norm!!
I'm very sad, and in a whole hell of a lot of pain, but trying to keep my head positive thinking about the good things. "Eye on the prize".
I hope you ladies have a fantastic Monday!

Sorry about CD 1...
Isn't 10 days on the short end of the ideal length for LP? The most ideal is 14 days and I know they say that less is okay but 10 is pretty short IMO. Someone correct me if I'm wrong. I mean, it's good that it's staying pretty consistent I guess.
I hope that all of this is a good sign though and that you start having more regular cycles!

Yes. I'm basing that on the later O date, that seems more accurate for me.
Anyone have any ideas to get my LP longer? I've heard chaste berry and vitamin B6 are both good? Any first hand experience??
