I know this board is practically dead!
I've participated in the crafty ornament exchange for the last two years (under sn Mirface but changed it....) It's honestly one of my favorite parts of the holidays, making an ornament for someone else and then receiving one. It's been a rough year, so I thought it'd be nice to do it again.
I know that last year we had to scrounge up people, but anyone out there interested again this year?
my read shelf:

“Would you tell me, please, which way I ought to go from here?"
"That depends a good deal on where you want to get to."
"I don't much care where –"
"Then it doesn't matter which way you go.”

Re: Ornament Exchange??
Alright people, get on in here and express some interest. Even if we only have 10, that will be great!
And if you know anyone that might be interested, direct them here.

Everyone that signs up will have to craft an ornament to give to their secret elf. On Elfster there will be questions that you ask anonymously to your elf and the person who drew you will be able to ask questions to you as well.
Then you mail off your ornament(s) by the deadline and then we all share what we got when you receive it!
I think having the sign up deadline by the beginning of November and the sending deadline by the beginning of December would be good, as that would give the packages enough time to get to your person and end up on their tree!
I'll set up a sign up an elfster exchange if no one has any objections?
Once I do, invite other people! Reliable people though, it's sad to make an ornament to send and then not receive one in return.
