Workout check-in?

I haven't seen this since I came back, but I'm wondering if there is any interest?

We could start one thread on Monday and post in it all week for accountability and encouragement. I'm doing a 30 day fitness challenge right now and would love to check-in to keep me going. Let me know ladies and if there is I'll start one on Monday.

Does the pedometer eat up your battery? I thought about downloading a pedometer app, but since I work long days I'm afraid my phone won't have enough battery life for it.
  • I'm totally in! Can we make it workout and dieting/weight loss?

For sure! We can check-in with both and AW all our successes.

I'll start it on Tuesday this week because of the holiday tomorrow.

@apollo11235 I'm doing a challenge through BodyRock.tv. She posts a video everyday and I just follow along. The first few days were hard to get motivated but its gotten me moving and today is Day 7 and I look forward to it. It's like having a personal trainer and coach in my basement with me. Love it!
Last year I lost the residual baby weight and another 15lbs following BodyRock and cutting sugar. The normal workouts are only 12min but the challenge is more like 45min/day. It's intense but is effective.

It doesn't that I've noticed. I charge my phone overnight, and the battery lasts all day with no problem, even with the pedometer running all of the time.
