you guys the amount of bloat and gas I have is crazy. like overnight it appeared.
I'm having regular bm's so I don't feel constipated.
Is there something I can eat that will help or keep it from being so bad? I don't care that my belly looks bloated.
and I know its normal.

Have you tried a hairtye? You loop it through the button hole, then wrap it around the button. It really helps for those bloated days where you know you don't need a fully on belly band yet, but buttoning your pants hurts.

the pants i'm wearing today don't have a regular button. it has like 2 side latch things...if that makes sense at all.
I do know that trick though!

I'm assuming dress pants.
Take the hairtye and loop it through the "eye" part that it latches into. Then hook it to the hairtye. I have to use a thinner hairtye with my dress pants though, and I use one for each of the hooks.
