What is something you are proud of yourself for from the weekend (fitness related or otherwise)? I exercised both Saturday and Sunday, despite the chaos from Thanksgiving
What is something you are less than proud of from the weekend? I drank more than I should have on both Friday and Sunday and probably reversed my hard work from last week.
What are your fitness plans for this upcoming week? I will be working out everyday because I took a much needed rest day yesterday doing HIIT. I'll probably go to Hot Yoga on the weekend too.

What is something you are proud of yourself for from the weekend (fitness related or otherwise)?We went apple picking with the dogs and that's always a little bit of a work out to make it up the whole orchard. This year I wasn't out of breathe while doing it which made me feel great.
What is something you are less than proud of from the weekend? I ate a bag of Cool Ranch Doritos in 2 days between DH and myself...

What are your fitness plans for this upcoming week? I still don't have my workout room set up so I can really only workout by going on walks through the neighborhood. I'm planning on taking the dog with my on Wednesday and doing a 3 mile walk. I wanted to do it Sunday too but the pup got stung by a bee on his foot and couldn't make it.

What is something you are proud of yourself for from the weekend (fitness related or otherwise)? I made a wreath this weekend, and it turned out really well.
What is something you are less than proud of from the weekend? I went out to lunch for a coworkers last day and while I ordered a healthy quesadilla, I totally ate way too many chips!
What are your fitness plans for this upcoming week? I had Zumba yesterday and again Thursday . Then I'm going back to BodyPump on Saturday. I'm praying that in not too sore this week!

I honestly have nothing to be proud of from the weekend. I got WGW on Friday night and spent most of the day Saturday sick. Yuck.
Fitness plans for the week: just to try to continue walking every day when possible. I'm waiting on my parents to bring my exercise bike from home so I can use that as well.
