Do you have certain brands that you buy or is it just whichever is cheapest? What are some of your favorite brands?

I generally buy whatever is cheaper. I won't always buy the cheapest but I will settle somewhere in the middle. I have also learned to compare prices based on ounces. I also know myself and I know I can't always buy in bulk to save because it is just the 2 of us.

I grew up on cheaper foods so it doesn't really bother me.

Certain things like saran wrap and Reynolds wrap I prefer brand. H won't use any mayo but helmans or jiffy chunky peanut butter. otherwise it's what's on sale and what I have a coupon for.

I always go with store brand or what's on sale except for toilet paper and paper towels. Then I buy name brand because, especially TP, is not something I'm willing to skimp on! There are a few other random products too. Like pie crust, I really don't care for my store brand's pie crust.

We are kind of half and half. H grew up with cheaper brands and I grew up about half and half but H could care less. I agree on TP being name brand I am very picky about that. And a few things like only eating Kraft cheese or name brand cereals instead of the store brands.
