Step One... Found out H's open enrollment is through Nov.
Step Two... Made sure I don't need an official referral
Step Three...I called this morning, and made an appointment with an RE.
November 13th at 9am. Hopefully we'll be able to determine if his insurance coverage is better/more than mine, as well as start trying to get some answers.
Here we go!
Gonna get to you girlllll
(sorry, this thread is brought to you by Today's Song Stuck in Your Head)

We're getting married: March 1, 2014
And apparently Step 4 is finding out a friend of mine (her H and I have been close friends for over half my life) has a first appointment there on the 13th at 2pm. Different doctor, though.
So odd. But we're happy to have a buddy to go through this with!

His insurance would go into effect 12/1.
It looks like mine covers a lot, but is also an HSA (High Deductible) plan, so if his covers just as much, we will do the math to see if it makes more sense to pay a little bit more monthly to get the lower deductible.
I know so very little about how this all works, but I figure I have almost a month to figure it out (let's be honest) bombard you ladies with questions
