Audiobook help

So I have never listened to an audiobook, but I have decided I would really like to try listening to a book while running.  Any ideas?

I am a huge sap so I am hoping for something light and fluffy so I don't get all emotional while running. :)  Any classics you have enjoyed on audio?

Re: Audiobook help

  • Oh and while trying to figure out how audiobooks worked with my phone. I accidentally checked out An Abundance of Katherine's in the wrong format and can't return it.  SO I can't listen to it nor can anyone else  #fail.

  • Mr. Penumbra's 24-hour Bookstore is great on audio.
    my read shelf:
B's book recommendations, liked quotes, book clubs, book trivia, book lists (read shelf)
  • Bossypants by Tine Fey is good on audio

    World War Z

I've also done a lot of the Stephanie Plum series on audio because if you zone out a bit it's okay.  Chick-lit or YA is a lot of the stuff I like on audio.  I also like autobiographies that are written by the author.

  • Sarah Jio's Violets in March or Sarah Addison Allen books might be good. I liked The Peach Keeper on audio. Kate Morton and Michelle Moran have also been good on audio.
