Highs: We spend a lot of time as a little family. Went to dinner Saturday with friends (and both girls were SO good), went pumpkin picking yesterday.
Lows: I've been doing some curriculum writing as a side thing and it's SO hard to get anything done with these children in my house. To top it off the woman wants all kinds of revisions that are the opposite of what she asked for in the beginning. I get paid for the revision time, but it's still a PIA.
Highs: Really my whole weekend was a high. Ryan asked off for Friday, so we had date night in Philly and I got a ton done on Saturday and Sunday but still had time to relax.
High - H had a class from 9-4 Saturday and Sunday so I got a lot of Momma-Teddy time this weekend. He was in a great mood and we had a lot of fun. I also got a new laptop!
Low - I'm getting sick. One of my coworkers was sick last week and came in to work coughing all over everything so of course I caught it. I started feeling awful yesterday afternoon and I'm just feeling worse as the time goes on.
@mana8503 - Just a cheap HP. I'm thinking about taking the leap and getting a MacBook next year but I didn't want to do that yet. I needed a new laptop and I needed it fast so I just bought this one. I want to do a little more research before dropping $1k+ on a Mac.
@amcourt09 - my last laptop was a cheap HP and it lasted 4 years... it only died because my planter on top on my desk got overfilled with water and it overflowed onto my open laptop.

OMG...I would be lost if that happened. Best Buy accidentally erased my hard drive when I was in college and I think I literally cried! Were you able to save anything on it? I have so many pictures in mine and I'm so afraid of mine breaking that I'm in the process of backing them all up to my external hard drive and uploading them to Shutterfly.
@amcourt09 my grandparents just ordered A one this weekend, it's his Christmas present from them. My grandfather has been looking around for awhile and decided on a HP as well.

Back up your pictures!!! I am the worst with laptops. I go through one every 1.5-2 years. H's uncle is a IT guy so he always works on them for me. Last time I blew one up, he told me to please start backing up my stuff. I didn't listen. Luckily he was able to get my stuff off of it this time but if he hadn't done that, I would have lost a ton of T pictures.

I JUST put most pictures on shutterfly to make our books but no freak out. And I got like a 16 gb memory card on my camera and it's still not full after 2 years so I never delete them. I also got the geek squad plan that will work on 3 devices for free. They said they can try to recover my harddrive and I just have to pay $30 for the case to put it in. Now I load all pictures to shutterfly when they go on my computer, and I have the app to add my phone pictures too.
Highs: Friday night we went bowling with some friends, so that was fun. H had off all weekend (this doesn't happen often!) So we ended up lounging around most of the weekend and not doing anything
Lows: having to get the guilt trip from MIL because we decided not to go down and visit her on Sunday. We also found out that it was HER that told Stu's extended family on his dad's side, she blamed it on FIL. This woman is crazy.
High - We had a ton of fun in Hersheypark! We got on a lot of rides and it wasn't terribly crowded.
Lows - It started torrentially down-pouring while we were there and we got soaked. It made for a very unpleasant ride home. And I had a really bad IBS flare-up late night.

Weekend Highs: being lazy Friday and Saturday - me + sweats + DVR = AMAZING.
Weekend lows: Helped my mom write out her disability questionaire... she's definitely having a hard time keeping things straight. It makes me sad.
Lows - the disaster of an Eagles game yesterday and me dreading H returning to work today
Lows- M had me up half the night for no good reason except to cuddle. I'm so tired right now. I cuddled you all day, wasn't that enough.

I had quite possibly the laziest weekend ever!
High: laying on the sofa all weekend
Low: cleaning. blah. I want to hire a cleaning lady:)

High...Having M call "mom" because she wanted something. Melted my heart. :x
Lows...having DH gone all day Friday and Saturday to help the ILs move.
