I don't need them quite yet, but for when I do, I have a question! Do they typically run in like small, medium, large or are they actual sizes? I was looking at some on Craigslist the other day and was just curious. Thanks!

I got all of my jeans from Target and those are all numbers. I actually bought smaller sizes than my non maternity size. The last pair of jeans I bought is one size smaller than my usual size and are a tiny bit big.
