Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Totally NBR: need ideas (please help!)
I'm supposed to set up an employee recognition program and as part of it, I need a ballot box of sorts where people can drop anonymous nominations. But my boss says, "it has to be a weird ballot box though. Some object that isn't just a box. A box is boring." I'm SO bad with stuff like this. I'm not creative at all, so my mind is completely blank.
Any suggestions for something weird or funny that I could use?

According to the wedding website I saw him on, the monster pinata was from Target. Not sure if Target still has them, but any pinata with a "mouth" could work.
