    I had to pick other because I just can't choose one!  I love the stuffing and really love corn casserole.  I love it all!  Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday by far!

    My favorite would be my grandma's sweet rolls. They take 48 hours to make, but they're amazing!

    How did she used to make them. Regular green beans just seem too ordinary to be a holiday favorite.

    I do love butternut squash so that might be my second favorite.

    @BackseatDriver She would cook them with sauteed onions, bacon, and bacon grease! She would start them in the morning and they would slow cook all day so that all the juices would be gone and everything soaked wonderfully into the green beans. Not healthy at all, but heavenly southern food. 

    I want some now, I need an excuse to make them (I'm the only person in the family who can make them as good as her).

    My holiday meal generally consists of ham or turkey (I prefer ham), mashed potatoes with gravy, and rolls.  Follow that with delicious dessert (carmel apple cheesecake bars or Tastefully Simple almond pound cake, or something equally sweet and delicious) and I'm all set.

    Stuffing...my grandmother is French and she and my mom make the most amazing meat stuffing.  It's SO GOOD.  Closely followed by mashed potatoes!
