One pot wonder-chicken lo mein **Update**

Somebody asked for the results to the recipe I posted yesterday and here it is...

It worked!  You throw everything into a pot (uncooked) and about 20 minutes later you have chicken lo mein.  It was a little soupier than I would have liked, but the taste was great (even the kids ate it).  I might just cut back the liquid a little bit next time.  Super quick and easy and if you do your veggie prepping the night before it would be even quicker.

  • I pinned a pasta dish like this, and was interested in trying it.  Only it made a tomato sauce while cooking the noodles.
  • oooh, this looks like something my kid would eat!  thanks for the update.

I saw that too.  I might put that on the menu for next week now that I know it really works.
