    LOL I don't think your baby has a hole in its head!  I'm sure if something was wrong, they would tell you.  I think dark spots = fluid?  It's probably just the way the wand was positioned.  I wouldn't worry.

    I highly doubt your baby has a hole in its head. I wouldn't worry about it. It's probably just the angle of the picture.

    @amccul20 our first ultrasound around the same gestational age looked a lot like yours and I was so paranoid that he didn't have legs! It's definitely just the position of the wand. :) Botanical is right, dark spots are usually fluid so it could just be from baby moving when the pic was snapped.

    To be fair, im a Sonographer (mostly meaning i know nothing about xray, as most radiology techs would). My H calls me a snobographer bc i hate being called a "tech". My coworkers are my fellow snobs ;)
