A decision that weights a lot
DH had an interview at the school in our hometown. It was for a 2nd grade position. He made it to round 2 of interviews. It's down to him and one other person. They are making their decision today. He would leave his current position, which is teaching 6th grade in a very rough school. He has been having a very hard time in this position. It's been so bad that he's been starting to have panic attacks. He also has been staying 2-3 nights a week at his parent's house because that school is an hour away from where we live but his parents live near there. He hates to be away from me and the baby. So, if he got the 2nd grade position it would be a blessing! So much would improve. Please say a prayer if you can. He'll know sometime today.

Sure, if a school was hiring and right now it's SO hard to find teaching jobs in southern and central NJ! We look at the openings all the time but there is just nothing out there.

Oh, ha. I read it wrong.
We are considering it. Our lease ends in July so we might move then. It'll just be super hard to be 30 minutes away from my parents because my mom is the #1 babysitter for my baby.
