Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • I have been totally slacking these past few weeks, (more like months).  DH and I have a plan to go to the gym tonight which I really hope that we stick to.  I guess we will find out tonight how motivated we are.

  • I've gained two pounds.  I have way too much candy at my house right now.  I should have bought candy I don't like. 

    I'm planning on getting back into work out mode this week, but I've been saying that for weeks now.  Hopefully this time I mean it!

  • I want to go so bad, but I had the longest day ever and I didn't get anything done that I needed to.  Instead of preparing for an observation tomorrow, I was dealing with a severe parent issue.  I am going to try to prepare now and go to the gym after dinner.  Today was definitely one of the worst days at work in a long time.  I was not mentally ready for it.
  • I've been slacking for a few weeks, but I ran yesterday! I am now into week 3 of Couch to 5k.
