Any strategies or tips for dealing with first trimester fatigue? I go to bed at 8 PM every night anymore but still wake up tired (I get up at 5:15 AM). I know fatigue is par for the course in first tri but I'd be happy to hear any tips anyone has for coping!

I had intense fatigue and nothing really helped. It just eased up eventually. Just enjoy the naps you're able to take now!
