This post is for those who like crockpot chicken ONLY!
I'm going to dig out my crockpot from the mountain of stored stuff in our garage and throw some frozen chicken in the pot for dinner - either tonight or tomorrow.
What are your tried and true recipes?

Re: Crockpot chicken
salsa chicken- so easy... put the chicken, cover with taco packet, dump jar of salsa on that, drained can of corn and drained and washed can of beans. Cook for 6 hours or so. Shread chicken and either put over rice or just in tortillas with cheese and sour cream. It is actualy in crock pot for tonight!
Another I like is the cream cheese chicken over egg noodles. Let me see if I can find the recipe. Uses an itailian seasoning packet. Yum.
This is what is in our crockpot for dinner tonight. it's really good - serve over rice or in tortillas!

I make a chicken chili that I love (I actually made it for Elsey's B-day party on Sunday and just had it for lunch today). Oh wait, I think I brought it to your house too! I use different amounts everytime but the main ingredients and rough amounts are:
3 or 4 frozen chicken breasts
2 cans navy beans
1/2 can chicken broth
1 jar salsa
I added chili powder, garlic, onions, and other seasonings depending on what I have.
Serve with cheddar cheese and tortilla chips or on tortillas.

I knew you two would chime in Kris and Amanda - and yammer on and on about how rubbery and disgusting crockpot chicken is. LOL
I hope you both know I meant it all in good spirit!
