Are the decorations scary and morbid or cute spooky and festive? I like to call is elegantly morbid. although, I've kinda soften it up for the little one but she seems to like the spider web and bats.
Do you dress up for Halloween? Typically yes but this is my first time being pregnant for halloween. I hope my costume fits.
What was your favorite costume? I've had several but I'd have to say when I was in middle school, I dressed up as a gypsy. it was all using my mom's things but I rocked it.
For trick or treaters, how much candy do you give them? one a piece? a couple of pieces? let them grab? or do you hide with the lights off? - I'm a sucker. I give them several and DH yells at me. Especially since we always get so many trick or treaters.
What's your favorite candy? - redhots. not really a Halloween candy but I love me anything cinnamon.
Do you like scary/horror movies? absolutely!
Bonus: Favorite scary movie - hard to pick just one....
What are your Halloween plans this year? The years of going out to a local club are on hold so we'll just hand out candy and take LO around the neighborhood.

I put pumpkins out and cute fall stuff. October is my favorite month, it's our anniversary. I don't do lights and all that, but our house is festive.
I'm not giving candy this year, I'm giving pencils. I bought almost 100, Halloween pencils. As a kid I always loved the random crap we got (pen, money, toothbrush, king size candy, little toys, erasers)...
I don't like scary movies. At all.
I love kit Kat or chocolate anything.
Not dressing up, I don't think.

I only dress up if I'm going to a party. Last year I was a fairy. I'm not dressing up this year.
I usually let kids have a small handful. I was actually impressed how many parents told their kids they could only have one.
I enjoy scary movies. I don't have a favorite though.
Are the decorations scary and morbid or cute spooky and festive? Cute... not even remotely spooky.
Do you dress up for Halloween? Nope, well... sort of? I went to a party Saturday as "Fifty Shades of Knocked Up". I wore a grey t-shirt, yoga pants and cheetah print flats.
What was your favorite costume? I'm a fan of silly/lame costumes, like loofas and peanut butter/jelly.
For trick or treaters, how much candy do you give them? one a piece? a couple of pieces? let them grab? or do you hide with the lights off? I hide with my lights off, especially this year since DH probably won't be home. He's decided if the World Series goes 7 games he and his buddy are driving to Boston to go out for the game, and then driving home. It's 6 hours away... ugh. He's a nut.
What's your favorite candy? I love Mr. Goodbars and anything gummy.
Do you like scary/horror movies? Nope, I avoid them entirely.
Bonus: Favorite scary movie... Shawn of the Dead was pretty hilarious.
What are your Halloween plans this year? I'll probably be watching Game 7 of the World Series, alone... in my bedroom with every other light in the house off.

Do you decorate your house? No...we wanted to until we found out that there is no trick or treating on our street so we figured why bother? I do put up a fall wreath on the door though

What was your favorite costume? Hmm, I have to say my favorite was when I dressed up like The Good Witch from the Wizard of Oz.

We don't have trick or treat in our neighborhood but if we did, I'd probably start with one and then give more as the night went on depending on how many people showed up
What's your favorite candy? Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, although I love all Halloween candy!

What are your Halloween plans this year? Absolutely nothing! Like I said, I'm lame on Halloween things! We talked about having a Halloween party but a lot of our friends aren't really into Halloween so we wouldn't know who to invite.

Do you dress up for Halloween? I don't. That's more a budgetary thing than festive!
What was your favorite costume? As a kid? I went as my fourth grade teacher and she thought it was hilarious (she dressed right out of the 80s)

Do you like scary/horror movies? YES but thre are some that I have seen once or many times that I won't put myself through again.

What was your favorite costume? I never had good costumes as a kid, we didn't have the money to buy them. We tried to be creative (I was a dice one year), but I grew up in an affluent and jappy town, and it was never quite where it needed to be to not be made fun of.

Are the decorations scary and morbid or cute spooky and festive? - Mostly fall themed that I can keep up for Thanksgiving with cute Halloween accents.
Do you dress up for Halloween? - Usually yes. My friend and I have co-hosted a Halloween party every year for the last 4 years but those days are over for me. It's a massive drunk fest. I will definitely be the mom that dresses up with LO's though.
What was your favorite costume? - The year before our wedding I was a zombie bride. I handmade my costume and it was awesome. Also fitting for where I was in life at the time.
For trick or treaters, how much candy do you give them? one a piece? a couple of pieces? let them grab? or do you hide with the lights off? - Usually 2 pieces each. We can't really pass out candy though because our dog goes absolutely nuts when someone is at our door. Maybe we will sit in the driveway.

What was your favorite costume? A few years ago a bunch of my friends/co-workers and I dressed up as the Smurfs and Gargamel. We got a lot of attention when we were out at the bars. It was fun.
For trick or treaters, how much candy do you give them? one a piece? a couple of pieces? let them grab? or do you hide with the lights off? I typically give them a couple pieces. At the end of the night depending on how much is left I will only give them one piece or let them grab.
What's your favorite candy? I love most candy unless it has coconut or is Snickers.
Do you like scary/horror movies? Nope, not at all.

What was your favorite costume? No idea... I don't like wearing cheap costumes because they are super uncomfortable. And I don't have the money to go all out on an expensive/nicely-made costume.

We bought two huge bags from Costco this year, and I still worry we will run out and have to run to the store (like we did last year... lol).
What's your favorite candy? Anything chocolate. I also love candy corn.
Do you like scary/horror movies? Yes, but I hate watching them. I know that doesn't make sense... lol. Also, I hate gore, so I'd rather watch things that are scary because they are creepy (like Paranormal Activity, Blair Witch Project, etc.) than slasher movies. I do not like slasher movies at all.
Bonus: Favorite scary movie Hmmmm... I have a fondness for Blair Witch Project, but I wouldn't say it's super scary or anything. ETA: Oh, oh! I do LOVE The Shining.
