Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

  • Worked out with my trainer for the first time since last nov, and omg I can already tell my butt and legs will hurt tomorrow. I hope dd doesn't want to be held lol

  • I've been really bad!  I ate whatever I wanted all weekend and gained 7lbs of water weight.  It doesn't help that AF is in town.  I felt sick yesterday.  Hoping to have my friend that I usually workout with over tomorrow.  Her and I used to work out together twice a week before all my kidney crap happened.  Hoping to get back into that routine...

  • I went for a 2 mile walk today at lunch with a coworker.  The fresh air helped my sinus head ache also.  It felt great to walk around and not be cooped up at work for 30 minutes.
  • H and I did a 1 - 1.5 mile walk around the neighborhood this evening with the pooch! I hit my daily step count with my Fitbit!! Woohoo!

  • Took another 2 mile walk at lunch with my coworker.  It was breezy and warm and fall-y.  I was loving it!  The trees have all changed, it was beautiful!  I'm a little sore from it too...
  • Forgot to post yesterday.  Went to the gym and ran 2 miles in 1 mile stretches.  I had about a quarter mile recovery between each mile.

    I gained back any burned calories by going to Starbucks after the gym and getting a Gingerbread latte (my favorite).  I got a tall so I would save some calories, I usually go with a Venti for my first one of the year.
