In Christ alone my hope is found. He is my LIGHT, my STRENGTH, and my SONG!
T-TTC since Dec 2008. PCOS/nonexistant cycles(anovulation) and endo. HSG in '10 revealed both tubes blocked. Lap surgery in Dec '10 to correct. Failed Clomid/IUI and injectable(Bravelle)/IUI cycles so far.
B/w 1/8: betas 17,345, progesterone 25.6

I get it for craft stores and for people that make stuff, but just Christmas decor and that stuff....ummm no. I also hate that Hobby Lobby puts their Christmas stuff out in June. That is way to early for anything Christmas related!

This may be a UO around here.. I think there is way too much blood, gore, and violence these days. On TVs, movies, video games, whatever. I really do think it has some effect (no matter how mild) on kids. I'm not necessarily blaming them for acts of violence as there are SO many factors there such as parenting, mental illness, personalities etc (though I do believe it may play a role in some ways) but it saddens me that kids are desensitized to so much, so young. I also don't like it when people dress up their kids as scary, bloody, gross things for Halloween.. and I hate that so many young kids know who these horror film characters are anyways.

I used to think it was funny and unnecessary when animals wore clothing and then I had a dog who has no fur. He needs his coat. And he's damn cute in it.

But really, I guess need is different than cutesy outfits just because.

TTC since May 2011, 1 year trying, and then 3 TI, 2 IUI = BFN
IVF #1 (May 2013): Antagonist Protocol:24R, 18M, 15F w/ICSI; 5dt of 2 early blasts, no frosties = BFN
IVF #2 (August 2013): Lupron Stop Protocol:
28R, 23M, 15F w/ICSI; 5dt of 1 partially hatched blast, 7 frosties = BFP
EDD 5/23/14, blighted ovum (6w6d), D&C (8w6d)
FET #1 (April 2014): transferred 2 5d blasts = BFP

Yikes! They told us that we could dress up, but I just feel like as a therapist it is inappropriate. Now if I was a therapist for children, then it would be appropriate. You need to be aware of the people you are around.
