As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

It's Friday!
Only a few more weeks of yardwork at the house left. Should be closing at the end of the month. Now we just need to start looking for a new house.

I just got the "we need to know your intentions" letter from the apartment complex. Now its real I guess. ugh. In some ways I feel like my choices are just a matter of how much do I want to get screwed.
Seems like that is how life goes.
Yeah. Just seems like everyone is entitled to their profit except us.
The issue is who knows when we'll find a house. If I take a longer lease for the lower rent, then I have to break the lease which costs me two months rent. If I take a shorter lease, the rate gets jacked up. Month to month is even worse.
No sleep for me until the house sells....
