Birthday Gift for third child
My nephew's first birthday is coming up in a couple weeks and I am stumped as to what I should get him. He' the third child for my brother and SIL -they have a 5 year old son and a 4 year old daughter. The still have all the clothes from their oldest son, and my SIL said every toy they have is similar to everything she's seen on the market.
As a doting aunt, I can't NOT get him a gift. Any ideas? Don't fear the Etsy either!

Years ago, I gave my nieces Build A Bear (note they are in hs and college now, but they still have their bears and remember the outing). We did that together, went to lunch, and walked around K of P mall. Since he is the third child- can you take him and make a day out of it? Not sure on geography of where you live in relation to them.
Personalized things are good. Last year, I ordered over night bags with their names on it (for the little people we buy for-not for the same girls noted above).
Since he is one, and doesn't get the full concept of his birthday. Could you get a picture taken of the three kids together for your sister? This may be dumb, but just thinking if she hasn't had a professional one done....it could be good?!?!?!
