Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Monday - 10 min bike, W2D2 c25k, plus 10 minutes walking
I've been really bad! I ate whatever I wanted all weekend and gained 7lbs of water weight. It doesn't help that AF is in town. I felt sick yesterday. Hoping to have my friend that I usually workout with over tomorrow. Her and I used to work out together twice a week before all my kidney crap happened. Hoping to get back into that routine...
I gained back any burned calories by going to Starbucks after the gym and getting a Gingerbread latte (my favorite). I got a tall so I would save some calories, I usually go with a Venti for my first one of the year.
