Healthy Living Check IN

Hi Ladies!

I am going to start this up again because I need some accountability haha! 

I been doing pretty well. A ton of people have asked me if Im losing weight so its exciting and helps keep me motivated to keep it up. I just signed up for my first 5K...I think I might die. I been working out a ton but not really running, should be interesting. 

I am not doing well on my diet. Every morning I start out with Im going to be good and then I fall apart. I need to plan better. 

Any one have tips for healthy eating? 

Hows everyone else doing?  Any struggles?

  • I'm doing pretty good actually. Eating at home helps a lot and so does meal planning. I just struggle with my rough days and just being like hey let's go get something instead of cooking.

    Weekends are hard for me too! I have no motivation to cook on Friday and Saturday nights. That's where I have the hardest time.

    H and I are planning to start walking at night. He's going to run to get into shape for the police dept and I'm going to walk to lose weight for me.
  • We were at a wedding this weekend, sooooo not so good. Hopefully I'll be getting back on track this week so the holidays don't obliterate any progress I've made. I keep telling myself I need to get up early and work out, even for 20 minutes, but it never seems to happen. Finding the motivation to work out is what's hardest for me.

    What keeps me on track the most for healthy eating is planning ahead! Having breakfast and lunch ready to go in the morning and then planning ahead for dinners for the week.
