I know lots of you ladies travel during the holidays so when you are traveling how is it done? Car, Plane, other mode, etc. Also how far are you traveling?
Re: GTKY: Holiday Travel
If I go up to Kaleden (where all my extended family is), its a 4 hour drive in the summer a 5+ hour drive in the winter over mountain passes. We always drive, but there have been years that hwy closures have kept us from being able to go.
Otherwise all our immediate family is within 30 minutes so we stay local. My inlaws live up north for 6 months of the year so one of these years we will drive up to spend thanksgiving with them, but they are always local for Christmas.
My Blog:Through My Eyes
For Thanksgiving, we'll probably be staying local, my brother's family and my parents all live within 5 miles of each other kind of local.
For Christmas this year, we're heading to the in-laws. This is the first year I can actually take time off, so I'm excited to be there. (And thankful to have local family willing to house/pet sit
haha)
After 2 years of TTC, lots of tests, and a Hysteroscopy/Laparoscopy to remove several polyps,
