What's everyone reading?
my read shelf:
Re: Book club Monday
I finished Darkness Fades it was good, but you could tell the author didn't give a crap about the series anymore. She'd writing a bunch of New Adult book (YA with sex scenes) and it seems like she gave up on her YA.
I just started Deviants while I was getting my hair done on Saturday. I didn't get much reading done because I had a really chatty stylist. She talked to me the whole time my foils were in. Hoping to read a bit more of it today. I think it was a free book a while ago.
I am finishing my reread of Divergent, then back to Name of the wind - Patrick Rufuss.
I finished listening to Dark Places - Gillian Flynn (author of gone girl). SOMEONE PLEASE READ THIS! It was really good, murder mystery like GG, but whoa, this author is so dark and twisty.
Now i'm listening to Face the Fire - Nora Roberts (3 sister series #3). It's good. I love her fluffy reads.
YAY! The audiobook was good! I just like how she layers the stories, if that makes sense.
I've read it!!! I have read all 3 of hers. Sharp Objects is right up there too. I think GG was the most sane out of all of them and whoooooooa buddy was it twisted as well! She's a great author, but that b!tch has some serious mental issues. haha. I wouldn't want to be married to her!
