Whine-DH and I got in an argument about chores/cleaning. I am at the end of my rope. He thinks I sit around and do nothing all day because I stay home with DD. He doesn't want me to ask him to do stuff, nag him or make him a list but when I get upset he doesn't do anything he says well how was I supposed to know it needed to be done.
Whine-I do not like the way DH argues. Our communication styles don't match up. Whenever I bring up stuff he asks for specifics and then argues/makes excuses for individual things. I told him I don't care if two weeks ago he took the trash out without being asked or that he couldn't do it yesterday because we went to town. I want to talk big picture and he gets focused in on individuals.
Win-We have a Lego duplo party play date to go to tomorrow
Win-We have no plans this weekend which is good because we need some family time at home.

Whine: I thought I was ready to come back to work. Third day in and I just want to go home and snuggle Arthur. I sure hope it gets easier...
Win: I have been mixing formula with some breast milk to start introducing it to him. Last night was the first night I gave him formula straight up. He loved it. Like hyperventilated while he was eating. Makes me feel a bit better about my decision. I don't think he likes my breast milk as much as he liked the formula. I think my frozen breast milk may have a lipase issue but he still takes it.

@sparklingdiamond 5 of us went for a run at 5am this morning. It was 13 degrees with slight wind. Weather.com said it was 3 degrees. Brrrrr.

whine: i'm annoyed at myself and my desire to have chickens because now that i'm pregnant I don't want to deal with cleaning the coop at all and DH keeps reminding me that they were all my idea. and I know they were, but I'm just not sure that its good for me to be cleaning up chicken shit. so he's been doing it and I feel guilty, but not really.
win: nobody has been bothering me today so my office door is closed and I unbuttoned my pants after I ate lunch. I know that can't last long, but for now its a win!

Whine: DH didn't close the bag to my hot n spicy cheeze-it's in my lunch and they had a slight banana smell to them as I was eating them ....
Win: I went to bed at 8 PM last night, same time as K.
Whine: When will K start sleeping longer than a 4 hour stretch???? This momma is tired!
Win: We have NOTHING going on for the next TWO weekends!!! I am super excited about this!! I may even get an early start on decorating for Christmas!
Win: DH packed me a super yummy lunch today; chicken salad, bacon-wrapped dates, and strawberries and pineapple.
Whine: I feel nauseous because I haven't eaten since 9am, but the thought of eating said lunch makes me gaggy.
Win: My sister and I put ourselves in charge of dessert for Thanksgiving, so at the moment we're exchanging recipes and they all sound yummy! I'm so excited!
Whine: I brought up the POSSIBILITY of wanting a Doula. DH has no idea when it is and when I tried to explain, he immediately dismissed it, which isn't like him at all. He thinks since he already has a kid and "everything went fine" that he doesn't need one and he "doesn't want ten people telling us what to do" I'm not 100% on it but I want us BOTH to make an informed decision. I think he's afraid of feeling not needed and that's not a Doula's job, nor what I want.
Win: I finally got a heater in my office and it's so nice and toasty!
I have told him before If he just does one thing a day it would help out a lot. Plus taking out the garbage is his job. So one day pick up the living room, one day unload the dishwasher, one day clean the toilet, one day wipe down the shower. I just don't feel like I am asking for that much.

I want a midwife and to give birth in a birthing center. DH hasn't shot me down yet but I think he'll really question the shit outta me later. I'm gonna make him go on a tour with me so he can ask any questions he has THERE. Lol
