Re: CPW: Commute

  • I am a special snowflake.

I frequently have to be on conference calls, so a lot of the time I am listening to people drone on about their problems.  When that isn't happening, I plug in my phone and listen to my ipod on shuffle, or sometimes I listen to local public radio.

"I DO NOT love that you think so many things revolve around you.  I know you're bitter.  I get it.  But I'm over your feelings." The best person on the internet ever!
  • It's too early to sing along on my way in. I'm barely awake!
  • Have to have music and can't not sing if I know the song. Or if I don't.

  • I sing if I'm awake, but if it's before like 9 I'm not awake enough. Then I just listen to the music.

90s on 9 is the best.  Although I enjoy the new-ish Pop2k as well.  It reminds me of my college days.

Oh my. I love 90s on 9 so much! The Pop2k brings me back to college, too. Those are the best in the mornings! I also like the new stations between Pop2k and The Pulse that are from LA and NYC. I've heard "Ghetto Superstar" on the LA station more than once. It can never be a bad day when you start with "Ghetto Superstar."

  • I split between NPR and a local hits station (when they play music that doesn't make me want to crash my car).  Sometimes if there's nothing good on I'll listen to Classical.
