Ninth Anniversary 2500 Comments 500 Love Its First Answer

I had an appointment today for my first cervical measurement. Cervix measures about 4cm (anything over 3 is great!) TAC is holding super strong. Baby looks great too! A/s is scheduled for the 26th of this month. They also told us our c/s date!! 4/1/14!! (Im due 4/30 but going into labor is life threatening for me and baby). Yay!  Heres baby with its chin resting on its fist

    I don't know how much of the story you need SOOOOOO here's most of it. I delivered josh and Zoe because of incompetent cervix (funneled from the inside out) so I had a transabdominal cerclage (tac) placed. It's a permanent band placed around the top of my cervix. Because of this, if I have contractions my cervix has no where to go, it can't dilate so my uterus will rupture if contracting too much. Uterine rupture is not good for me or for baby! So 35w6d it is then!! Hth!
