Tuesday
House inspection went well. Haven't seen the report yet, but the guy said it was a very nice house. Only things he mentioned while we were there was some siding that had popped loose, some soffit vents that need reseated, and that all the tubs/showers have anti-scalding valves on them that need to be adjusted/replaced as the water is coming out luke warm. Joy would love it, but way too cold for me.
Also officially applied for the mortgage. So that's moving now.....

Also sent info to the closing attorneys for the new house.
Scheduled the signing date to sign away the old house. As of next Tuesday I'll own no houses!
