Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I finally got back to the gym yesterday. W3 C25K and I promised my cousin I'll met her there tonight.

Saturday - insanity/zumba
Sunday - dog walk
Monday - yoga. I didn't get to RIPPED because I was feeling all around crappy. at one point during yoga I got really hot, then cold, then dizzy....so I decided RIPPED wasn't going to happen.
I don't know what I have planned for the rest of the week.
Wednesday - prob. gym
Thursday - yoga
