What have you done so far this week? I did 30 minutes of HIIT yesterday morning before work, and painted allll weekend so my upper body is dead.
What are you planning to do? I have a yoga class on the agenda for tonight, HIIT tomorrow at lunch, run intervals on Thursday and HIIT on Friday.
Healthy eating brag? Nothing too exciting for this week. I had a delicious greek yogurt, chia seed and blueberry parfait for breakfast. And I haven't has any sugar for the last two days.
Weight loss, gain or maintain? I put on 5lbs when I was on holidays the week before last, and I have dropped back down as of this morning. I am still looking to lose 1-2lbs a week from now until my anni at the end of Jan and then I'll re-assess.

It's pretty much just been walking the dog so far. I need to get back.
What are you planning to do?
Walking the dog is a daily must, but I plan on doing some elliptical work tonight.
Healthy eating brag?
Ummmm, not really. I do pretty well with tracking what I eat up until dinner if there's no set plan. Maybe I should get back to planning dinner out, too...
Weight loss, gain or maintain?
A gain of 2-ish pounds from over the weekend to this morning.
I hope they come off quickly.

@lfk2013 walking the dog is better than nothing, and I bet your pup is grateful! Now that it's dark at 4:30 and freezing our dog isn't getting much outside time besides running around the yard.
Did you manage to hop on the elliptical last night?

I'm a little late, but wanted to share. I hope that's ok!
What have you done so far this week? I've be really focusing on my eating this week. DH and I have been working on the house after work so I haven't had the time to workout. Does paining count??
What are you planning to do? Cleaning and painting. It's better than nothing. I'll throw in some weights if I can manage it.
Healthy eating brag? I bought the 'club size' romaine hearts this week which means salad twice a day! Cutting back in general and watching my carbs later in the day.
Weight loss, gain or maintain? I was shocked when I weighed myself this morning and I was the same. I'm up 2-3 lbs (it fluctuates) since our wedding in June, but my clothes still fit so I'm trying not to get too crazy about it.
@lindsayandjamieyou have it all figured out this week! Props to you!
@lfk2013 lots of credit for walking the pup! Mine don't get much exercise other than the backyard once it's cold and dark early.

I am with you with counting painting as a workout - which is what I did on the weekend! Between the ladder and the arm workout, it has to, right!?! Except its all on my right, so my pushups are feeling a little lopsided this week.
Way to go on the super sized salads! I've been doing the exact same thing with regards to carbs/starches later in the day. Veg is ok, but I've been eliminating bread/potato/rice at dinner. I'll have it lunch, just not later. I find it makes a pretty dramatic difference for me. Great job on keeping it steady since June!
Last night I managed to get to yoga with my mama, and today I worked from home so squeezed my HIIT workout in at lunch so I feel super accomplished!
