  There's really no way to know without temping or at a minimum other fertile signs (CM, CP, etc.)

   TTC since May 2011, 1 year trying, and then 3 TI, 2 IUI = BFN

  IVF #1 (May 2013):  Antagonist Protocol: 
  24R, 18M, 15F w/ICSI; 5dt of 2 early blasts, no frosties = BFN
  IVF #2 (August 2013):  Lupron Stop Protocol: 
  28R, 23M, 15F w/ICSI; 5dt of 1 partially hatched blast, 7 frosties = BFP
  EDD 5/23/14, blighted ovum (6w6d), D&C (8w6d)
  FET #1 (April 2014):  transferred 2 5d blasts = BFP

  I know, I did temp for over a year.  I've been TTC for over 2 1/2 years.  This is supposed to be a break, but I still used OPK's as a reference... I 've just never had multiple + days.

  IUI #4 injects Dec 2013 = BFN
  IVF #1 March 2014 - 12R/12F, one perfect day 5 blast transferred

  I dunno. I would guess the last day just in case I felt like testing, that way I'd hold off. But like the other ladies said, without temping there's no guarantee. GL!

  I used to get multiple ones like three days in a row and sometimes I would O the day of the last one and sometimes the day after.  It just depended.

  This for me too, but I only ever had multiple +ves during medicated cycles.
