HomeBuyers Choice Mortgage
This is what I got from a credit union website close to home.
HomeBuyers Choice Mortgage
With 100% financing for purchases, a HomeBuyers Choice Mortgage is ideal for first-time homebuyers.
- No down payment required
- Fixed-rate terms available
- No Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) required
- Seller contribution up to 6% allowed
- Jumbo loans amounts available up to $1,000,000
- Refinance options also available (maximum loan-to-value 97%)
If I were to go for a home loan, would this be a good loan to apply for? I would still put a down payment, no question about it. Has anyone dealt with Home Buyers choice mortgage?
