  I would just bring a couple options, as far as size and warm/cold weather. The outfit I originally wanted DD to wear home was too big, so I was glad I brought other options.

  I just brought one newborn going home outfit and one 3 month going home outfit (in case DS was big). 

  
  

  We did skin to sin whenever possible in the hospital, so if he wasn't "on" me (naked with a blanket over us) then he was swaddled in a blanket. They had onsies there too (hospital ones).

  Yep, just brought one newborn size and one 0-3 mo size for coming home. The hospital provided kimono style shirts and swaddle while we were there.

  We only put her in a going home outfit, we did have the same one in newborn and 3 month in case she was actually the 9lb baby they told me I'd be having. They were pretty off on that.

  Thanks ladies. @cinderin I do remember DD being naked a lot and I thought maybe it was because I forgot clothes but now I remember it was because of skin-to-skin. duh. You really do forget! so note to other expectant moms, crank those pictures/videos because it's a blur.

  I am the odd one out. I dressed Ava Nichol inthe hospital. I brought some onesies aand my mom bought sleepers once we found outshe was a girl
