I plan on it. I'm facing the side effects of my medication and have gained about 10lbs since Halloween. Ugh, so frustrating!
@seipel12 - thanks! I've been watching soduim, and it's almost always below the amount on MFP. Well, unless H talks me into Chinese. I feel so dehydrated after eating that now, I don't like it as much as I used to. And I've been focusing on water. I've been adding lemon, mint and strawberries and it's YUMMY!
I'll just keep chugging along, something will give soon. Which is pretty much what the doctor said. I'll be the healthiest I can be at his weight! I did get the flu shot at my appt so I didn't feel like it was that much of a waste.

i am meeting with my trainer today at 11:15, we have a 1/2 day at work, yay!...since starting with him im down 15lbs, our joke last week was that when i used to train with him my hips didnt get in the way on the assisted dip machine and now they do so that is my goal, this week i felt like they got in the way less, im def losing inches and not going by the scale, total loss is 44 lbs since giving birth, 13lbs til pre-pregnancy weight...i will get there!!!!
