As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. @ 4 pm I went to the bathroom and wiped and I think I lost some of my mucuous plug as there was some dark brown and red discharge in the mucous. I am a little worried as I have had some cramping. I wouldn't probably worry so much if I wasn't high risk. So any thoughts and prayers are appreciated. I will be phoning my doctor and following their instructions from there.
