  I'm spending today cleaning my house. It's soooo gross. I haven't cleaned in forever, and DH doesn't believe in cleaning so it doesn't get done unless I do it. The good thing is, once I clean it will stay clean until at least Tuesday because DH won't be back here until Monday night.

  I wanted to decorate, so I got the one box of our Christmas stuff down, but I wanted to get the other one, except it was really far back in the closet and I couldn't reach it. So I got the chair out, but still couldn't reach it. So I stood on the chair, then stood on the clothes bar and almost had it and the clothes bar fell and I fell with it. I've got bruises on my arms and my chest right under my boobs, and I pulled a muscle in my neck and my traps. Ugh! Why would I have tried to do that?!

  I can't wait to decorate. I might pull out our nativity set tonight since advent has started. We'll likely do our tree this week or else weekend for sure.

  That's all I had wanted to do, was put out my Nativity set! 

  I'm very sore today. My neck especially and I have a nice bruise right under my right boob. haha. It hurt to sit up in bed this morning.

  We do artificial. We're boring like that. Dh and I were all excited the year before we got married (we didn't live together before we were married) we bought a tree on sale. It was everything we wanted - tall, full and awesome. Then our first Christmas we took it out of the box to discover it was one of those stupid old school trees with the branches not attached so you have to put each brand into the centre pole individually. I didn't even know they made those anymore!!

  We do an artificial one, too. 

  I wanted to get a real tree last year, but we didn't see the point since we were going out of town over Christmas anyway. It will probably be the same this in. In fact, last year all I had up was our little 4ft tree from our old apartment! hahah!
