Finally an end to IVF #2 (CD 1 post)
Our second IVF cycle started in July. From prepping, stimming, retrieval, and transfer, to BFP, blighted ovum, ending in D&C, today is finally CD1. I'm relieved to be closing the door on this cycle and finally moving on. It took 6 weeks post D&C for my period to return, but the good news is that I ovulated and therefore it seems like my body has returned to normal.
We're going to wait another cycle before doing FET #1 to avoid meds and appointments around Christmas. We will still try on our own though. Oddly enough, I still hold out hope for a miracle unmedicated BFP.
There's no real point to this post other than being excited to be back in the game. So for listening to my rambling, here's an egg nog cupcake
