What books did you start/finish/totally neglect/make good progress on this weekend?

I read an Outlander novella. It was great.
I also finished The Fiery Heart by Richelle Mead and read Attachments by Rainbow Rowell.
I started a trashy romance whose name escapes me at the moment.

I totally neglected The Fiery Cross again. I've been neglecting it all month, though.

I blew through Fangirl, though, and used some extra car time over the weekend to make some progress on Dark Places on audiobook.

I finished Lover Awakened (BDB#2) in the wee hours this morning (thank you insomnia). I also started The Dream Thieves, but only got about 25 pages in. I was hoping for more reading time over the long holiday weekend, but time got away from me.

I read The Splendour Falls by Susanna Kearsley and it was awesome! I read it in less than 24 hours.

I made good progress on Alienated (which is awesome) and This Is The Story of A Happy Marriage by Ann Patchett. I also got in a ton of listening to HP and the Order of the Phoenix while driving back and forth to my parents' house.

I read a good chunk of Blood Brothers by NR on Friday but had to neglect it all weekend to finish a research paper. I finish exams this week and then all I want to do is read until Spring semester begins.

I'm more than halfway through The Queen's Vow by CW Gortner. It's the story of Queen Catherine's mother, Isabella of Castile.

I got a lot of reading in. I read Amy and Roger's Epic Detour, which I really liked. I also read The Living, the first in a new YA series. I will be recommending it to reluctant readers. Sunday I finished rereading High Noon, a Nora Roberts book. I'm listening to Is Everyone Hanging out without Me, which is fun and quick.

I finally finished The Lord of the Silent, it was decent.

I neglected Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, I read some of it but I would have liked to have finished it over the break.

I finished What Nora Knew by Linda Yellin. It was cute and had a lot of Nora Ephron infused in it.

I started Fangirl and am in love so far. I didn't care for Eleanor and Park but so far I'm glad I gave Rainbow Rowell a second change.

All I read this weekend were children's books to Jack. We must have read over 75 of his books between the books in the car (we spent a lot of time in the car driving to and from the in laws), books before bed, and all the random times he would ask me to read to him. He's starting to branch out from his favorite books that he wants read over and over and over which is exciting! He has two filled bookshelves in his room and we are starting to pile up the books next to one of the shelves so we should probably get a third. I love that he loves books so much.

I got a lot of reading in this weekend at work. I got a bit read of A Clash of Kings and started and made it almost halfway through Lover Awakened which I am loving!

I finished Without You by Anthony Rapp on Saturday and started Attachments by Rainbow Rowell last night. I'm not very far into it, but I like what I've read.
