Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Stupid bank....grrr...
The appraiser has the wrong contract and prepaid amounts from the contract on the new house. So now the appraisal for the house is $15k short of what the sales contract is. Considering the amount that I'm putting down, you wouldn't think this would be an issue. *bangs head on table*

The bank is sending it back to the vendor saying they have the wrong contract amount. Hoping this can get fixed......
