Update
I'm too excited to wait until tomorrow to post this in the TTC Tuesday thread! I hope you don't mind me sharing now 
I had an HSG last Tuesday and an ultra sound done this morning and I am so happy to report that everything came back clear! I was really nervous about both, especially the US since I have PCOS and it was likely I could have had cysts on my ovaries. But, everything looked great and we are cleared to start our Clomid cycle, so I'll be starting that tonight! It's a little later in the cycle for me to start then normal, but they said since I have extremely long cycles, it is fine to start it now. I'll go back in next Friday for another US to check my follicles and hopefully the Clomid worked and we'll see if I actually ovulated. This is the first time I've ever had a real chance at getting pregnant and that is such a crazy and exciting realization!
