Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My rant!
I've been working for a retail company for 6 months now, I've been promoted 2 times. We have this new manager and she is just extremely hard to get a long with. I made a decision to step down and move to a different store because she is always hateful and I have worked 12 hour shifts, came in early, and swapped with her many times. She has this "I don't care attitude" she only works the minimum hours required of her and I don't feel like I have been adequately taught. Today she text me to see if I took all three deposits to the bank and of course I did. She said they only had 2 so I got worried and asked her to let me know if it came up and I decided I would call the bank to see if it had gotten stuck in the night drop box or if they had found it. They did find it so I called to let her know and she interrupted me and rudely said "it's taken care of you didn't have to do all that" and didn't let me finish before she hung up. I know I'm leaving but goodness I don't see how she is a manager with her attitude one person has already left because of her and when I told everyone I was leaving they were all sad, one person even told me that she feels like I'm helpful and patient and she feels like she bothers the other manager if she asks a question. I just hate that I'm leaving a job that I used to love because of a manager that couldn't care less about even having a job.
