    We used Brendan from CSA Home Inspection. We were super happy with him. My mom's BFF was a RE agent and highly recommended him. He was very prompt and DH was impressed. Now our house is over 100 years old and has issues but I wanted to know going in what they were, some were nit-picky but that is good in a 100 year old house!

    Another rec for Jason at Guardian - we used him for 2 inspections for us and then his company for 2 inspections for my dad in WV. Highly recommend!
