We always did cookies. Then one year they had the commercial were the little girl left cheese and got so much stuff. I thought I would be smart and leave cookies AND cheese. It didn't work the way I wanted to.

My santa got Soda and pepperoni and cheese. My dad told me because santa is sick of milk and cookies and that he needs some caffeine to keep him going. Of course later, I put together its my dad's favorite snack!

We always left cookies and milk for Santa. I am not sure if we always left notes or not. It was fun last year with my nephews in town for Christmas. Seeing their excitement last year when Santa ate the cookies was great!
