What's DH getting for Christmas?

H is so hard to shop for! He never really wants anything and the things he does want are so expensive. I think I did pretty good this year and I may still get him one more thing. So far, I got him a Dallas Cowboys t-shirt (he has an obsession with t-shirts, but he doesn't have any Cowboys ones), a Baylor Bears hoodie (he went to BU), a pair of Puma running shoes, and a brown leather band watch. I'm still working on one last thing, but I don't know if I'll be able to get it on time. He wants ceiling mount surround sound speakers for our living room and I know that he'll get them himself if I don't get them. I'm just waiting to hear back from someone that is going to use their employee discount from Fry's (cuz they'll end up being like 40% off that way). But this guy is slacking so I'm not sure I'll be able to pull it off.

What, if anything, are you getting your H? I'm still looking for ideas because I still have some $$ left in my budget for him.

Typical stocking stuffer things like socks/boxer briefs, ties, toiletries...No clue on bigger stuff yet--books, clothes, movies. We are late shoppers I guess! I CANNOT believe it's already December 9th! Ahhhh time to get my act together!

I know! This entire year has just flown by and December seems to be on warp speed. I'm usually a late shopper too, but we just want to get it out of the way so we made an effort to get it done early this year.

I don't know what to do for stocking stuffers because his mom always gets him boxers and socks. We don't ever do stocking stuffers, but I'd like to start. Just no clue what to do.

I think I'm only going to get DH one big thing. Money is on the tight side this year with the baby coming (we just bought a $950.00 dresser/changing table...yikes!). That being said, he wants a new Denali jacket (north face) and he probably will be shocked if I buy it.

@mbuckley85 in college my old bf bought a used Denali off ebay and it was actually really nice.

@ystaalenburg I had that intention too! Maybe next year I will get my act together and shop early

A rice cooker (got it for $10 at big lots which left a lot of open room in my budget)
A game he picked out (he was with me so he knows about it)
2 spices set (5 types in each)
A couple of xmas ornaments (he has already received those so they can go on the tree)

Ummm....H gets no presents this year because he's already bought them all for himself. haha. We just got the house 2 1/2 months ago, but he's been buying goodies for it. On black Friday he got himself a 22 ft. ladder, a shop vac, and a tire compressor. Since then he's bought himself a big TV (it was a good deal, though) and a hedge trimmer. He doesn't get anything else!!

Ugh, I have NO idea. He keeps giving me ideas and I keep giving them to my mom and sister. So, at this point, I've got a few things for his stocking. He has also mentioned new electric toothbrushes for both of us (romantic, huh?)

DH is getting a Seahawks tshirt, a Minecraft tshirt, a Minecraft light, a Zelda treasure chest, a body pillow, a bunch of car parts and some Vita games. He also got an Xbox one. He is so spoiled.

H's birthday is on Friday and I got him a Playstation 4. Since I'm getting him such a big birthday gift, for Christmas I'm getting him a few small things. We didn't know Charlie Brown Christmas was on last Monday and H is mad we missed it. I am buying him a DVD will a bunch of the Peanut holiday specials. On the show the Goldbergs, a few weeks ago, the grandfather wore this apron that said, "Ask me about my meat." H wanted one, so I got one. I am something else small, just not sure what. Lord and Taylor Friends and Family begins on Thursday, I may check them out.

ETA- My brother wants a Playstation, but doesn't have time to play it. He bought H a game for his birthday and a controller for Christmas. He keeps encouraging me to buy a game that he would want so he can come over and play. The controller is really for my brother, not H.

I got him a nicer sweater and button-down shirt from Old Navy, and then a copy of a JJ Abrahms book, S. I just got an email from Amazon, though, that it won't be shipped until way too late so he'll get that belatedly.

We're also joint "gifting" each other a dual membership to a nearby museum.

@Cathyl7910 My H is super spoiled too! He just got a 60" LED TV and a new receiver for our living room. But I will say that he's been saying since last year that he wanted to get a TV this Black Friday and I told him he could. But, it's made it very hard to get him something else nice.

DH really wanted Game of Thrones on blu-ray so I've gotten that. Money is tight too, with me only working pt and getting ready for the baby. Unlike mbuckley, we did not buy a fancy schmancy crib/dresser, I managed to find a set before a store went out business for cheap!

We're not exchanging gifts this year. We have so many moving expenses coming up that we couldn't justify buying more stuff. I am going to get him this year's Hallmark Muppet ornament though. He has the whole series and it's under $20 : )

I got H some new clothes bc im going to donate half his closet (he still has sweaters in there from HS he swears fit), a snowboarding season pass, a personalized mug from shutterfly with the baby's pics on them and im not sure what else.... I need some stocking stuffer ideas!

A soldering station so he can work on a few odds and ends (he picked that one out) As a few stocking stuffers, I got him a new shaving brush, rum scented soap and an ornament with a design on it from the Legend of Zelda video games.

He's getting a custom Minnesota Wild Jersey with his name and lucky number on it. It was stupid expensive for what it is but he's going to pee his pants with excitement when he sees it. He's wanted one since I met him.

So far, all I've got for him is a couple of pairs of PJ pants, and a nice scarf and fingerless gloves (H works in a grocery store as the Dairy and Frozen Manager, so he's always in freezers and coolers). I want to get him one more thing, but I've got no clue what that will be. Oh, and we're also joint gifting ourselves a new TV stand.
